Fall-Off-The-Bone Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Hey there, fellow foodies! Today, I'm excited to share with you my secrets for making the most tender, flavorful baby back ribs you've ever tasted.

The Perfect Combination of Flavors

My recipe combines the richness of pork with the depth of smoky spices, the tang of mustard, and the sweetness of barbecue sauce. The result is a dish that's both comforting and exciting.

Here's What You'll Need

Ingredients:

• 2 racks of baby back ribs
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Garlic salt
• 1/4 cup yellow mustard
• Dry rub ingredients:
○ 2 tbsp garlic salt
○ 1 tbsp smoked paprika
○ 1 tbsp chili powder
○ 1 tbsp ground cumin
○ 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Let's Get Started!

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, and garlic salt.
3. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs (this will help the rub penetrate the meat).
4. Sprinkle the salt mixture evenly over both racks of ribs.
5. In another small bowl, mix together the mustard and dry rub ingredients.
6. Brush the mustard mixture evenly over both racks of ribs.
7. Drizzle the olive oil over the ribs, making sure they're evenly coated.
8. Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and place them on a baking sheet.
9. Bake the ribs for 2 hours, or until they're tender and falling off the bone.
10. While the ribs are baking, heat up your favorite barbecue sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
11. After the ribs have baked for 2 hours, remove them from the oven and brush them evenly with the barbecue sauce.
12. Return the ribs to the oven and bake for an additional 45 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.

Time to Dig In!

Remove the ribs from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Cut them into individual portions and serve with your favorite sides, such as coleslaw, baked beans, or corn on the cob.

Get Ready for a Taste Explosion!

These baby back ribs are so tender, they'll practically melt in your mouth. The combination of spices, mustard, and barbecue sauce creates a flavor profile that's both complex and comforting. Whether you're a rib aficionado or just looking for a new recipe to try, I promise you won't be disappointed!
